Penza, 8 July 2017. PenzaNews. Officers of the Rosgvardiya (National Guard of Russia) department in the Penza region arrested a suspect in damage of a decorative façade of one of the hotels.

“Extra-departmental guards received a signal that a panic button was fired in one of the city hotels. When they arrived at the scene, the owner of the hotel came up to them. She explained that the property was damaged by a man,” the press service of the Rosgvardaya department of the Penza region told PenzaNews.

The department added that the male suspect born 1971 was detained in the vicinity of the hotel.

“For further proceedings, the citizen was taken to the police division,” the Rosgardiya department noted.
