Andrey Kulintsev: 60% of Penza residents should receive state services via Internet by end of year

Penza, 10 July 2017. PenzaNews. 60% of residents of the Penza region should receive state and municipal services electronically by the end of the 2017 year. This was stated by first deputy chairman of the Penza regional government Andrey Kulintsev.

“As of 2016, the proportion of citizens receiving state and municipal services electronically in the Penza region amounted to 47.7%,” he said during the meeting with the heads of the city and municipal areas administrations, held in the Penza region government via video conference on Monday, July 10.

According to Andrey Kulinstev, by the end of the 2018 year this figure should be at least 70%.

“From the beginning of 2017, this figure [the number of registered users in the unified identification and authentication system] grew from 27% to 38.5%. By the end of 2018, it is expected to grow to 50%,” he added.
