The incident occurred on Tuesday, July 11.

As the press service of the regional department of Communal Services and civil protection of the population told PenzaNews, it is alleged that the woman was under the influence of psychotropic substances.

“Rescuers using a locksmith tool in the presence of the representatives of the juvenile department and the district police officer opened the front door and investigated the situation,” the department said.
