Over 100 land plots to be provided to multi-child families in Zarya by end of year

Penza, 14 July 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza administration is steadily carrying out the task of allocating land plots to multi-child families. This was reported by the vice mayor Irina Shirshina.

“We will allocate 107 land plots before the end of the year. Thus, there will be no queue left,” she informed the head of the city administration Victor Kuvaytsev during their visit to Zarya residential area on Friday July 14.
According to the data, other 62 land plots are formed near Novoselov street for multi-child families, who will subsequently file documents to the Penza administration for getting those land plots.
“Start developing design and estimate documentation for engineering communications in the area,” Victor Kuvaytsev ordered.
He noted that people need to be provided with necessary infrastructure at the stage of construction.
“In addition, it is necessary to plan the territory so that it is possible to install children’s playgrounds, sports sites, and green areas. The neighborhood should conform to all the urban standards,” the Penza mayor emphasized.
In addition, while communicating with local residents the head of the city administration gave a number of instructions to the responsible persons. In particular, they will have to consider the issue of installation of a bus stop pavilion, as well as assist in fencing playgrounds and grass mowing, the press service of the mayor’s office reports.
