Penza, 14 July 2017. PenzaNews. The Federal Antimonopoly Service requested from the regional department the appeal from LLC VolgaInterMedia on unfair competition of the entrepreneur Alexander Tuzov, who owns one of the network media and is a member of the Social Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region.

As stated in the letter signed by the head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service department Oksana Kuznetsova, the appeal was requested by the federal office “for its own consideration.”

It also states that necessary documents were sent to the central office of FAS of Russia “for review of compliance with antimonopoly legislation.”

The appeal of LLC VolgaInterMedia on unfair competition of the entrepreneur Alexander Tuzov is related with the use of result of the company’s intellectual activity.

As PenzaNews reported earlier, in May 2017 it became known that the Penza FAS department issued a warning to the entrepreneur Alexander Tuzov about the necessity to stop discrediting LLC VolgaInterMedia.
