When the car was already in the tow truck the traffic offender got into it.

“Afterwards the car was returned to the driver,” the propaganda department of the traffic police of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation commented on the incident to PenzaNews.

The department explained that an administrative protocol was drawn up against the woman, and a fine of 1.5 thousand rubles was imposed on her.

Thus, the driver avoided searching her towed car in the city car impounds, paying for its storage and towing services.
