Penza, 17 July 2017. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev demanded to impose fines on organizations that post their advertisements in illegal places.

“There are phone numbers there, they [advertising customers] should have offices somewhere. So they simply should be fined, fined and fined again,” he said during an operational meeting held in the regional government on Monday, July 17.

Ivan Belozertsev noted that the results of this work should be summed up each month.

“They are getting too brazen! They post adverts and we should spend money and get our employees wash them off every day, and they would come back at night and post again after all,” the governor said.

He suggested that police should be involved more actively in fighting against fly posting.

“We need to bring it to order. We won’t do it until we ask for it and demand it,” Ivan Belozertsev summarized.
