“Fences and light posts are caked, no other way to say, with adverts. Stopping pavilions, modern, made of glass and metal, are pasted over so that it is impossible to clean them,” he said during the meeting held in the Penza administration on Thursday, July 20.

Victor Kuvaytsev said that sanitary Friday is planned for tomorrow, during which it is necessary to remove unauthorized advertising and announcements in places where they were stuck.

“A private firm that installed several bus pavilions in the city keeps them clean. Why aren’t we able to do the same?” the mayor asked his subordinates.

He instructed the heads of the area administrations to involve in fight against widespread advertising not only municipal employees, but also employees of organizations and institutions of all forms of ownership.

In addition, Victor Kuvaytsev gave an assignment to the city’s advertising service to free the Penza center, in particular, Moskovskaya street, from unauthorized advertising, as well as from advertising that does not comply with the federal standard, the press service of the city administration reports.
