Penza, 20 July 2017. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev proposed to collect videos from dashboard cameras and mobile phones, showing traffic violations, in one Internet resource.

“We cannot put cameras on every kilometer of a road, but we can organize a system of civilian control when breachers will be identified by bona fide drivers and pedestrians,” noted the head of the region.

He said that such a site could help traffic inspectors in their work.

“At the end of the year, we could sum everything up, thank the most active citizens, and talk about them in the media. If breachers know that their actions will be followed by reaction, the situation on the roads will change for the better,” the press service of the government of the Penza region quotes Ivan Belozertsev.
