The dove in the center of the five-colour daisy, which symbolizes five continents, made the 0 figure in “2017” made in red.

According to the press service of the mayor’s office, the emblem is planned to be officially presented in August.

It is expected that the Penza region will be represented at the Sochi festival by a delegation of 70 people – 50 selected participants and 20 volunteers.
