“The faith, customs and traditions are preserved and cherished here. We are proud of you, and those Tatars who live here could be much of an example to us,” he noted.

According to Rustam Minnikhanov, in the Penza region necessary conditions were created for representatives of different nationalities and religions so that they could treasure their traditions.

“To gather so many friendly people could probably be possible only here. Therefore, I am very pleased and grateful to my colleague [the governor of the Penza region] Ivan Belozertsev who reverently and thoroughly prepared everything.
