The mayor Victor Kuvaytsev ordered his deputy Yuri Ilyin and acting head of the municipal state-funded enterprise “Penza City Advertising Service” Alexander Kuznetsov to think of a complex of measures that would help to release streets from illegal advertising once and for all.

" 'Sanitary Fridays' during which workers of municipal institutions tear off advertisements stuck to light supports will not solve the problem.
