Penza, 31 July 2017. PenzaNews. A small sunflower grew on a busy road in Penza located between two large shops in Arbekovo – Leroy Merlin and Decathlon.

According to plant breeders, it became possible due to a crack in the asphalt coating as well as due to sand and earth that accumulated next to the pavement and were not promptly removed from the road by workers of communal services.

As it was noted by specialists, the flower is still young but less than in a month seeds will appear – on condition that no one will pick the flower.

Some drivers that pass by slow down near the sunflower, others even stop in order to take a closer look at the symbol of nature, which proved once again that it can withstand asphalt as well as other manifestations of civilization.
