Penza, 31 July 2017. PenzaNews. Specialists of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Penza region registered 55 facts of illegal trade in alcohol in shops and public catering facilities of the region during the first six months of the year 2017.

In 40 cases trade in alcohol was carried out without a required license, in 15 cases – without a special federal mark or with signs of its falsification.

Over the last half a year, working groups of area administrations inspected more than 5,000 establishments of trade and food service as well as private households.

As a result, they registered 357 violations, drew up 324 protocols, opened 21 criminal cases and initiated 50 administrative investigations.

10 case materials on facts of violations when selling alcohol were submitted to the court, the press service of the Penza regional government reports.
