Penza, 1 August 2017. PenzaNews. According to results of an inspection conducted by the head of the Zheleznodorozhny area administration Oleg Denisov and workers of the municipal state-funded enterprise “Penza City Advertising Service” on Tuesday, August 1, workers of a retail shop of the chain "Karavan", which is a member of the "Dionysus" group, dismantled a large advertising banner located at the facade of a building in Bakunina street.

As it was reported by the mayor's office press service, the specialists ordered the shop's management to remove the advertising construction from the facade in the centre of Penza.

After this, representatives of the trade organization immediately organized works on dismantling the advertisement at the entrance of the building.

In addition, the specialists registered violations in the sphere of trade – it was conducted straight on a pavement of Chekhova street. Administrative protocols were drawn up on these facts under the Art. 5.1.1. of the Administrative Offences Code of the Penza region.
