About 750 unemployed citizens and young mothers undergo training in Penza region

Penza, 2 August 2017. PenzaNews. During seven months of 2017, 745 unemployed citizens and young mothers of the Penza region underwent free professional training and received additional professional education. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Labour.

"In 2017, it is planned to assign 765 unemployed citizens to professional training and additional professional education, and to train over 20 people to work at enterprises that implement investment projects in the Penza region," the department specified.

The ministry explained that the unemployed are trained improving their qualification in professions that are in demand on the labour market: tractor driver of agricultural production, loader driver, storekeeper with the knowledge of the programme "1C: Trade management", seamstress and others.

"Professional training of 102 women, who are on maternal leave during the period until a child reaches the age of three, is carried out for such professions as accountant, storekeeper, confectioner, tailor, office manager, salesroom cashier, HR record management, seamstress, as well in such fields as 'fundamentals of computer graphics' and 'improvement of medical workers' skills'," the press service added noting that altogether it is planned to make 124 women involved.
