Penza, 7 August 2017. PenzaNews. The limited liability company "Hotel Rossia" was renamed LLC "Hotel Lermontov" after an inspectorate of the Oktyabrsky area of Penza under the federal tax service demanded the hotel's management to do so. This is testified by data of Uniform State Register of Legal Entities.

The company with a new name has the same taxpayer ID number, and main state registration number as the LLC "Hotel Rossia".
As an extract from the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities states, the required documents to make changes in constituent documents of the legal entity were submitted on July 26.

The state registration of changes was made on August 3, i.e. on the same day when the Federal Tax Service sent a letter of refusal of previously filed claim to the arbitration court of the Penza region.

According to the documents, the company "Hotel Lermontov" is located at 71 Moskovskaya street, Penza.

Eight people were stated as company's founders. They are: Alexander Pronin with the share of 20%, Sergei Grechishkin – with 20%, Sergei Kulichkov – 17.66%, Elena Sukhova – 17.66%, Oleg Parshin – 13.72%, Yulia Bogatskova – 5.48%, Natalia Sukhova – 2.74%, and Lilia Kulichkova – 2.74%.

Natalia Sukhova is a chief executive officer.

As her secretary told PenzaNews, Natalia Sukhova did not give any comments at that moment, that is why it was unknown whether the hotel would also be renamed after the name of the legal entity was changed.
