Over 300 Penza pensioners to undergo computer competence training in autumn

Penza, 17 August 2017. PenzaNews. It is planned that over 300 pensioners from the Penza region will undergo computer competence training in autumn 2017. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Labour.

According to the department, this year 654,000 roubles were allocated for this purpose. The funds were received under the terms of co-financing of the programme "Older Generation" financed by subsidies from the budget of the Pension Fund of Russia.
The 32-hour programme includes training in the fundamentals of personal computer use, use of electronic state services as well as state housing and communal services information system.
In order to undergo the free training, an elderly person should turn to a complex centre for provision of social services to the population at the place of residence with a passport and an employment record book.
