Penza, 18 August 2017. PenzaNews. The sixth regional media festival “We are from Penza” will be held at the premises of the regional Lermontov library and business incubator in Popova street on August 24-25.

As it was reported on the website of the Information Policy and Mass Media Department of the Penza region, the event will feature workers of regional and district mass media.

As it is expected, during a ceremonial opening of the festival in the library best workers of regional media will be awarded.

Then, a round table meeting with participation of festival guests will be held.

On the first day of the festival it is expected to conduct a meeting with, Anton Vernitsky, correspondent of Pervy Kanal, on the topic "Television and the Internet" and a seminar of Vladimir Kasyutin, secretary of the Union of Journalists of Russia, on the topic "How to keep a reader. Practice of Russian newspapers".

After that, a seminar of the National Geographic magazine correspondent Anastasia Klepova, who will speak on quality texts about city travelling, will be held.

On the second day, which will be organized in the business incubator, a seminar of the media coach Sergei Meshavkin entitled "Visual journalism. Short course on newspaper design" will be conducted.
