Penza deputy orders police to deal with cars with tinted windows
Penza, 25 August 2017. PenzaNews. The chairman of the standing Penza City Duma commission on public safety, protection of citizens' rights, civil defence, emergency situations and fire safety Yuri Zinoviev, who is a member of the United Russia faction, ordered the acting head of the city department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Nikolai Shishkov to deal with cars with tinted windows.

"There are a lot of tinted cars in the city. Front windows are absolutely tinted – it can not be seen who drives, where and why. Let us change it if we have an opportunity," the deputy said at the 36th regular session on Friday, August 25.
In turn, Nikolai Shishkov explained that the issue was under constant control of the police.
"Over 6 months, we have drawn up 3,711 protocols. Last year – 3,500 protocols. The work in this direction is conducted," he stressed.
At the same time, Nikolai Shishkov assured that he would take the deputy's request into account.
