When choosing a business suit, the officials are required to adhere to formality, restraint, tradition and accuracy.
In particular, it is forbidden for men to wear jeans, T-shirts, shorts, sneakers, and open shoes.
Black, grey, blue, and brown suits are preferable. A tie is required.
According to the dress code, women should wear a suit or a dress. In addition, it is allowed to wear a skirt or trousers with a blouse.
Women should also avoid jean clothing. In addition, T-shirts, sundresses, short skirts, open shoes and shorts must be removed from a business wardrobe.
It is recommended to female civil servants to wear black and white clothes, as well as clothes of all shades of grey, brown and beige colours, dark shades of all colours.
As it was reported before, on August 21 at an operative meeting in the Penza region government, the governor Ivan Belozertsev demanded to introduce a dress code to be followed by the officials.
