Penza, 7 September 2017. PenzaNews. Representatives of the Zheleznodorozhny area bailiffs division under the regional department of the Federal Bailiffs Service of the Russian Federation received all required documents for instituting an execution against the ex-officer of the Federal Security Service, member of the public council under the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, founder of an Internet medium Alexander Tuzov, who according to two court decisions is obliged to pay about 80,000 roubles to the LLC VolgaInterMedia for illegal use of photographs.

Alexander Tuzov has 5 days to pay off the debt voluntary since the moment he received a corresponding order. Otherwise, enforcement of the money will be carried out.

According to the bailiffs, they are ready to start inventory of Alexander Tuzov's property as soon as the deadline established by the current legislature is over.

It is possible that the first thing to be arrested will be the car Honda CR-V, a reference to which is present in the plaintiff's statement (a copy of the document is available to PenzaNews). Such practice is widely applied in regions of Russia – in particular, in the Saratov region.

At the same time, according to workers of the Federal Bailiffs Service, it is not a matter of principle, whether the vehicle belongs to the debtor or is at pawn.

As a rule, in addition to arrest of property, bailiffs may apply against debtors such enforcement measures as restriction on a right to travel abroad, prohibition to register a vehicle or property, as well as collection of the debt on the job location or its exaction from a pension.

Previously, it became known that after a series of lawsuits regarding copyright, due to which he lost about 500,000 roubles in a year, Alexander Tuzov closed the individual enterprise.

According to some commentators, by doing this the pensioner-debtor decided to minimize costs and losses that could arise from new suits or other claims and bring Alexander Tuzov to the bankruptcy threshold.
