From the very morning the head of the region, who decided not to take a day off on his birthday but preferred to spend it as always at work, receives congratulations from his friends, relatives, and colleagues.

Ivan Belozertsev's working day started from a visit to the construction site of the Penza perinatal centre, and then he held a meeting concerning its future commissioning.

Along with other persons in charge, the event was also attended by the deputy head of Rostech Nikolai Volobuev, who claimed that it was planned that first babies were delivered in the perinatal centre before the end of October.

In addition, in the morning the governor made a post on Twitter reporting that the most valuable gift had been made by Penza farmers who ground 2 million tons of grain.

"Thank you for your noble work, for your love to the land!" Ivan Belozertsev thanked the farmers.
