Penza, 19 September 2017. PenzaNews. The non-stationary trade facility "Penza souvenirs", which had remained in the railway station square of the regional centre for over 10 years, was dismantled. This was reported by the press service of the mayor's office.

The individual entrepreneur had carried out the activity there on the basis of a land lease contract concluded with the municipal property department under the Penza administration.

The businessman received a complaint indicating the date of termination of the agreement. When the land lease period finished, on September 18, the owner started to dismantle the facility.

Taking into account the range of products sold, the importance and necessity of such facilities in the territory of Penza, on May 18 the head of the railway station Penza-I Yury Grishin received a written request to consider the possibility of trade in souvenirs as well as in other goods in the building of the railway station.

In the course of the negotiations, an agreement was reached, and on July 15, the businessman concluded a contract with the railway station administration, according to which the trade was transferred from the store to the building.
