Penza, 22 September 2017. PenzaNews. The acting mayor Sergei Volkov expressed indignation over advertisements of a dolphinarium stuck at night spontaneously on fences and bus stop shelters along "the red line", in particular in Prospekt Stroiteley street in Penza.

"We cannot allow anyone to distort the image of the city pursuing their own benefit. If advertisers behave like this, we will take appropriate measures against them," he said at the working session held in the mayor's office on Friday, September 22.

Sergei Volkov ordered the head of the Oktyabrsky area administration Evgeny Guseinov to inform owners of the dolphinarium about inadmissibility of such actions and administrative responsibility for such behaviour.

He also ordered to take measures for cleaning of the fences, barriers, and facades of the building from the spontaneous advertisements.

In addition, the director of the municipal state-funded enterprise “Penza City Advertising Service” Alexei Nikulin was instructed to inspect the state of all advertising constructions for compliance with technical specifications and contracts.
