Penza, 23 September 2017. PenzaNews. 93 cases of traffic rules violation by motorcyclists were registered in the Penza region as a result of a special preventive campaign conducted on Friday, September 22.

As it was reported by the propaganda department of the traffic police of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, traffic police officers registered over 3,500 violations altogether.

"Eight drivers were caught driving in a state of alcoholic intoxication. 38 traffic rules violations were committed by pedestrians," the department specified.

The state traffic police noted that almost 2,900 violations had been registered in an automatic mode.
