Penza, 24 September 2017. PenzaNews. Frosts on the ground and in the air of up to -3ºС are expected in some areas of the Penza region on the night of Monday, September 25. This was reported by the press service of the main regional EMERCOM department.

No other unfavourable weather phenomena have been forecasted.

At night the temperature in the region will fluctuate between 0 and +5°C. In the afternoon it will increase to +11...+15°C.

The wind will be northeast at a speed of 5-10 m/s. Precipitation is not expected.
