Penza, 25 September 2017. PenzaNews. The acting mayor Sergei Volkov signed the resolution "On start of the heating season 2017-2018 in the city of Penza" on Monday, September 25.

As it was reported by the mayor's office press service, the document obliged the enterprises that were responsible for centralized heat supply to education and health facilities, housing stock, establishments of cultural, sports and social spheres to start the heating season on September 27.

At the same time, the document states that the time frame of the heating period can be adjusted.

In addition, owners of hear sources, heating supply companies, housing maintenance enterprises and organizations that consume heat and energy resources are obliged to finish the adjustment of hydraulic and thermal regimes within 10 days from the start of the heating season.
