"The producer of sausages from Lipetsk as well as a number of enterprises from other regions applied for the exhibition. When they arrived and compared the prices offered by our enterprises [...] they decided not to take part as the price competition was in favour of the local producers," he said at the opening ceremony of the two exhibition, which simultaneously began their work at the choreographic art centre of Penza on Tuesday, October 10.

The head of the regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry reminded that a contest for the title "Penza brand", which could subsequently be used for advertising purposes, would be conducted.

According to Vladimir Podobed, at that moment, six companies applied for participation.

As it was previously reported, the exhibitions "Penza brand" and "Sura fair" would last untill October 13.
