According to the document, Ivan Belozertsev was awarded with the state decoration for work achievements, public activity and years of diligent work.

In addition, according to the head of the state's order No.369-rp as of October 24 the rector of Penza State University, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the region Alexander Gulyakov was commended by President of Russia for outstanding service in the development of science and education, training of qualified specialists and years of diligent work.
