Construction of walls of orphanage that planned to be put into operation in June starts in Zarechny
Penza, 6 November 2017. PenzaNews. Builders started to construct brick walls of a five-storey house for orphans, which must be finished in the Penza neighbourhood of Zarya in summer 2018. This was reported by the deputy head of the city administration Magomed Agamagomedov to the mayor Kuvaytsev, who visited the construction ground on Monday, November 6.
"Ramming of piles of the second house continues. 60 piles out of 240 ones are ready," he added.
Victor Kuvaytsev added that in December it is necessary to make a frame of the first building, to create the zero circle of the second facility and to lay the service lines by the end of the year.
In addition, he ordered to finish fencing of the construction ground in time and to carry out sanitary cleaning.
"When carrying out construction works it is necessary to remember about safety and comfort of residents of the neighbourhood," the mayor said.
As it was reported by the mayor's office of the Penza administration, in the future, three 5-storey houses for 150 for orphans will be built.
Under the terms of the contract, the first building must be finished in June 2018, the second one – in September. The construction of the third building must be finished in March 2019.
For the time being, the contracting organization – the municipal unitary enterprise "Penzagorstroizakazchik" is working within the established schedule.
