According to information available to PenzaNews, in September 2017 the bailiffs arrested the debtor's bank accounts: four in Sberbank, and one – in VTB24.

At the same time, workers of the Federal Bailiff Service imposed a prohibition to register Alexander Tuzov's credit car Honda CR-V produced in 2014, which he put up as collateral in Gazprombank.

Shortly after, the bailiffs passed three resolutions about enforcing the pledge on Alexander Tuzov's pension in the amount of 20%, as well as on his salary – in the amount of 50% and about temporary restriction on his leaving the country.

A copy of the latter document was sent to Moscow – to the Boarder Guard Service of Russia and the department for execution of especially important enforcement proceedings of the Federal Bailiff Service.

Alexander Tuzov will be able to go on a trip abroad only when the amount of the debt will be less than 30,000 roubles. Considering that in the last month he was able to pay only 4,990 roubles and 11 kopecks, it is not going to happen soon.

The total amount of debt could be increased in the near future. There are several lawsuits against Alexander Tuzov, which relate not only to his abuse of other company's photographs but also to the demand to refute information discrediting business reputation of a legal entity, which must be done in the mass media.
