Other 58 kg of pears from Poland destroyed near Penza

Penza, 16 November 2017. PenzaNews. 58 kg of pears from Poland were destroyed at a dump for domestic solid waste near the village Chemodanovka of the Penza region. This was reported by the public relations officer of the Rosselkhoznadzor department in Mordovia and the Penza region Larisa Yakushkina.

According to her, the fact of illegal trade in fruit was registered in the territory of the wholesale and retail warehouse "Oktyabrskaya" in Penza on Tuesday, November 14.
"The owners of the fruit failed to provide the documents that would prove the legality of the fruit import to the country and their legal availability in its territory as well as phytosanitary security of the products," the interlocutor said.
Larisa Yakushina explained that administrative cases under the Art. 10.3 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation "Violating the Rules of Production, Procurement, Transportation, Storage, Processing, Use and Sale of Products Subject to Quarantine (of Materials and Cargo Subject to Quarantine)" was opened against the individual entrepreneurs who traded in products prohibited from being imported in the country.
Previously, about 35 kg of pears from Poland, which were confiscated in the territory of the warehouse "Krymskaya", were destroyed.
