Penza, 22 November 2017. PenzaNews. The Oktyabrsky area court of Penza passed a judgment according to which the family of Frolkovs – the spouses Maria and Oleg as well as their 19-year-old daughter Anna – were obliged to vacant rooms No. 3 and 5 of entrance No. 6 of dilapidated house No. 35 in Udarnaya street, where two serious collapses had occurred over the last week.

As an official court representative told PenzaNews, the Penza mayor's office in turn was obliged to resettle the people to the temporary public housing – rooms No. 2 and 3 of house No. 8A in Leningradskaya street as well as to carry out events aimed at compensation of equal value for housing in the dilapidated building.

"The decision on vacating the accommodation and relocation to temporary public housing must be executed immediately," the interlocutor stressed.

He specified that the reasoned decision of the court would be made within five days and could be appealed within one month.
