In a warm, informal setting, over a cup of tea the head of the region expressed them his appreciation for the great work, patience and limitless love for children.

Ivan Belozertsev addressed special words of gratitude to foster mothers, mothers of many children, as well as to all those who made a significant contribution to the strengthening of traditional family values.

"Being a mother is a great responsibility. We know that no matter what happens or how old the daughter or the son is, the caring mother's heat will always worry about the child," he said.
