Penza, 3 December 2017. PenzaNews. Strong glaze ice is expected in some areas of the Penza region in the next three hours. This was reported by the press service of the main regional EMERCOM department.

The department noted that the corresponding data had been provided by the regional Centre for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring.

The EMERCOM specified that the unfavourable natural phenomenon will continue during the night and the day of Monday, December 4.

"When there is strong glaze ice it is recommended that you should restrain from going outside and remain indoors. It is important that children should be taken under control and not left unattended," the press service specified.
