Moscow, 6 December 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza region became one of the three regions that especially succeeded in implementation of the priority project "Safe roads of high quality" in 2017. This was reported by the governor Ivan Belozertsev.

"The Penza region occupied the second place in the rating of regions implementing the priority project 'Safe roads of high quality'. The award was presented by the Minister of Transportation of the Russian Federation Maxim Sokolov in Moscow in the framework of the Transport Week," Ivan Belozertsev wrote on Twitter.

He added that the top three also included the Saratov and Astrakhan regions.
