"Twenty four years ago the basic law of the country was adopted defining its state structure and guaranteeing the fundamental rights and freedoms to citizens. To revere the Constitution is to be a patriot," he noted.

The mayor expressed confidence that a deep sense of love for the Fatherland and civil responsibility begin with caring for the loved ones, our fellow citizens and the dearest city.

"It is important to cultivate this understanding in the rising generation. Then we will be confident in the future, achieve prosperity of Russia and live in a strong, law-governed state with a developed civil society.
