Penza, 13 December 2017. PenzaNews. Ten new lamps with anti-vandal gratings were installed in the underground passage located near the enterprise "Elektropribor" in Prospekt Pobedy street in Penza. This was reported by the press service of the city administration.

The mayor's office added that another underground passage in Prospekt Pobedy street – near the “Buratino” shop – will be lit by 12 lamps also equipped with gratings designed to protect the lamps from vandals.

"Works on modernization of lighting in underground passages are planned to be finished by December 17," the Penza administration specified.
