As the press service of the city administration told PenzaNews, they were formed within the framework of the charitable campaign organized on behalf of the governor Ivan Belozertsev, who was joined by the agricultural firm Razdolye and the trade network Karavan.

"More than 20 tons of vegetables will be donated," the mayor's office specified.

As the press service explained, within the campaign the trade network had issued coupons for the vegetable sets, which had been transferred to the social department of Penza.

"Giving out of the sets will last till February 28, 2018," the Penza administration said.

The mayor's office added that the campaign had also been supported by the enterprises Atmis-sakhar, bread-baking plants No. 2 and No. 4, Vanyushkiny Sladosti, Natur Produkt, Troyka, and Bakaleyshchiki.
