Penza, 24 December 2017. PenzaNews. Deterioration of weather conditions is expected in the Penza region on Monday, December 25. This is stated in the warning published on the website of the main regional department of the EMERCOM of Russia.

It explains that cloudy weather and night snowfall, which in some areas will be heavy, is forecasted in the region.

"During the day we expect light and moderate snowfall. In some areas wet-snow accretion, light snowstorm, and fog are forecasted," the message clarifies.

In order to maximally inform citizens about the adverse weather conditions, mass text messaging was also organized, in which Penza residents are called to be attentive and cautious.
