Penza, 26 December 2017. PenzaNews. Over 21,200 children in a difficult life situation will get New Year presents at the expense of the Penza region budget before January 7, 2018. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Labour.

"During this period, New Year's morning performances, concerts and festive tea parties for children from low-income families, disabled children and children deprived of parental care are conducted," the ministry explained.

The press service noted that all municipal districts and city areas of the Penza region are engaged in gathering and presenting the gifts.
