Penza, 28 December 2017. PenzaNews. A large screen for the broadcast of New Year greetings, films about the achievements of the region and social videos was installed in V.I. Lenina square – opposite the building of the regional government.

The initiative belongs to governor Ivan Belozertsev, who voiced it at the operative meeting on December 11.

Thus, it took responsible persons two and a half weeks to fulfil the order of the head of the region. It was announced that the final term for the start of videos on the screen was exactly December 28.

As it was reported by the press service of the regional government, the broadcasts in the centre of Penza, which will become the main venue for festive events, will last during New Year holidays.

Previously, governor Ivan Belozertsev expressed the idea to leave the screen in V.I. Lenina square till March.
