As it was reported by the press service of the city administration, residents had repeatedly complained about its unsatisfactory work.
The kiosk had no sewage and in this regard water had to be delivered. The staff had no uniform. Cash payments with customers and preparation of dishes were carried out by one seller, who did not observe any hygienic requirements.
At the same time, the individual entrepreneur arbitrarily established the non-stationary commercial object on the municipal land plot and carried out activities in violation of the norms of the current legislation.
The owner of the kiosk was repeatedly invited to the administration of the Oktyabrsky area of the city, where he was offered alternative options for doing the business.
