Penza, 1 January 2018. PenzaNews. The number of page views of the independent news agency PenzaNews from January 1 to December 31 reached almost 12.8 million. This is evidenced by data of the statistics service Google Analytics.
According to exact figures, the number of page views in the year was 12,775,434, and the number of users – 1,685,707.
The average time a user spends on the website is five and a half minutes.
In December 2017 the PenzaNews website was visited by 177,930 users, who viewed its pages in total 1,152,645 times.
Another statistics service – Yandex.Metrika – registered data similar to those provided by Google Analytics. Thus, during the year the number of visitors amounted to over 1.6 million, that of the page views – 12.8 million; in December – over 178,000 and 1.17 million respectively.
Another statistics service – Liveinternet – shows almost similar data for the first winter month. In December the number of visitors amounted to 177,218, that of page views – 1,145,336.
Thus, each reader of the PenzaNews website visits on average 6 pages spending about 5 minutes at the Internet-resource.
According to Google Analytics, in 2017 Russia is an unquestionable leader among the countries from where PenzaNews website was visited – almost 97%. In addition, the Internet resource was interesting for users from Ukraine, USA, Finland, Kazakhstan, Germany, Belarus, Turkmenistan and Switzerland.
Most of the page views of the PenzaNews website were made from computers – about 71%. The share of mobile devices is growing steadily: over 23% of Internet users used smart phones to read the news, about 6% of the people used tablets.
