Penza, 3 January 2018. PenzaNews. Additional concrete blocks were placed in Moskovskaya street in Penza – in the area which is used as a pedestrian zone.

As the press service of the city administration told PenzaNews, it was made on behalf of the mayor Victor Kuvaytsev within the framework of anti-terrorism measures.

The thoroughfare restrictions for all vehicles appeared in particular from the side of Bakunina street near A.V. Lunacharsky regional drama theatre where Moskovskaya street borders V.I. Lenina square; as well as near the shopping centre Arbat from the side of Maxim Gorky street.
