Some details of the morning performance for children of construction investors, which is planned to be held on the eve of the old style New Year, on January 13, despite two refusals of the regional government to endorse the public event near the main Christmas tree of the city, became known to journalists.

According to information available to PenzaNews, sons and daughters of construction investors, who gathered in the so-called "Homeless regiment", will build a foam plastic house.

In this regard, it is recommended to bring toy building tools to the performance – drills, hammers, and spanners.

Father Frost and Snow Maiden as well as characters created by construction investors will become guests of the children's holiday. These are Baba Yaga from the Ministry of Construction, as well as Grandma Administrator.

A real goat is expected to become another participant of the event.

Information about the venue for the performance is kept in secret.

"[...] Workers of law enforcement authorities and employees of the Penza region administration will not be admitted to the venue because as it follows from the answer of [deputy chairman of the regional government] Vasily Trokhin, they have a number of other important events on this day. We are asking representatives of the authorities not to disturb our holiday and not to stir provocations," the message published on the community "Penza, dostroi!" on the social network "VKontakte" reads.

It emphasizes that the event "will be held in full compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation".
