Penza, 17 January 2018. PenzaNews. A special purpose vehicle with a hoist for transporting persons with muscle-skeleton disorders was purchased for the Penza regional centre for rehabilitation of disabled people.

As the press service of the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Demography of the region told PenzaNews, it was purchased within the sub-programme Elder Generation on the terms of co-financing: 686,000 roubles were allocated from the regional budget, 539,000 roubles – from the funds of the Pension Fund of Russia.

The vehicle is designed for transporting wheelchair bound people who undergo a rehabilitation course in the centre for medical and preventive, sports and cultural organizations.
