Penza, 19 January 2018. PenzaNews. The court decision, according to which the owner of the dog that bit an 11-year-old girl in Ladozhskaya street in Penza in summer 2017 is to pay compensation for moral damage to child's mother in the amount of 20,000 roubles, entered into legal force.

As the press secretary of the Penza regional court Natalia Bychenkova told PenzaNews, the owner of the dog had not agreed with the decision of the first instance court and filed an appeal.

"It was denied," the interlocutor said.
