PenzaNews. 10 children aged from 1.5 to 3, who are on a waiting list to a kindergarten, were not admitted to educational institutions of the Penza region in 2017 due to a lack of available places. This was reported by the senior assistant of the head of the regional prosecutor for media relations Svetlana Artamonova.

She explained that violations had been identified during prosecutor's investigation.

"A complaint was filed against the acting head of the education department of the Penza region administration. The act of procuratorial action is under consideration," Svetlana Artamonova explained.
